Returns and Repairs
This page is divided into three sections.
- Returns - you bought a Brennan in the last 30 days and want your money back.
- Warranty Repairs - you bought a Brennan in the last 12 months and it has a fault.
- Out of Warranty Repairs - you bought a Brennan more than 12 months ago and it has a fault.

Returns
If your Brennan is not right for you, send it back to us within 30 days and fill out the form below Once we receive your unit, the purchase price and outbound postage will be refunded - normally within two weeks.
You will have to bear the cost of return postage and you must use a tracked delivery service. We recommend Royal Mail or Parcelforce - who will collect from you.
Important - put your name, address and phone number inside the box.

When you have a tracking number fill out this form. You will not get a refund unless the form is filled.
Repairs under warranty
If your Brennan develops a fault within 12 months of purchase - send it back to us and fill out the form and we will repair it.
If it fails within 12 months of purchase your repair will be free of charge and your postage will be reimbursed (up to £12). If it fails very shortly after purchase we will sometimes offer a replacement.
If possible you should backup your Brennan before sending for repair.
You must use a tracked delivery service - we recommend Royal Mail or Parcelforce - who will collect from you. There is no need to insure the item our insurance covers it.

When you have a tracking number fill out this form. You should try to make sure that there really is a hardware fault. We may not refund your postage if there is no fault. Email us first at thebrennanb2@gmail.com if you are not sure if it needs to be looked at.
Out of warranty repairs
After 12 months you will be charged for the repair and return postage. Repairs are handled by Audiotech who repair Brennan products manufactured as long as 17 years ago.
Audiotech charge a fixed service fee of £70 plus £15 return postage plus parts.
If, for example, the display fails in your B3 it will cost £85 plus £36 for the new Front Panel PCB.

If possible you should backup your Brennan before sending for repair.
Repairs can take up to three weeks depending on workload.
